That would depend on how much driving and traffic you can tolerate. The Antelope Valley is a bedroom community, full of commutes who work in the San Fernando Valley and LA area. If you chose to move to Palmdale, you wouldn’t be alone in your decision, that’s for sure.
You could also try taking the Metrolink or one of many vanpools if you aren’t interested in driving to work each day.
