i don’t know if they have this place over there but try the store simbads bird place…they have all kinds of birds of all ages that where i got my moon face cockatiel…hope i helped
I’m sure there are plenty of breeders in your area. Try googling it. There are many bird mags on line that will give up locations of local bird breeders and pet stores. I’m sure you can find a baby cocatiel w/no probs. Great bird website-birdbytes.com
Check for bird clubs in your area, and you can find out about them at any pet shop. Thru the bird club you can identify breeders which in my opinion is the best source of well treated and healthy baby birds.
