Depends on what you’re interested in. There is a lot of outdoor activities like hiking and biking (both motorcylce and bike). During baseball season you can watch a game at Clear Channel Stadium. Lots of good places to eat in Downtown Lancaster like Lemon Leaf Cafe, Brooklyn Deli and Giannini’s.
