I CANNOT USE FREEWAYS so if we can plot a route i can use with a moped thanks.

Go thru willow springs and up to Tehachapi.
Then you’ll have to get on 58 to get to Bakersfield.

well…….. dont know what to tell u, in life if you want to get somewhere u have to take the freeway………..even if your on a moped……
if u really cant, hitch hike or take the bus………….
