I am actually in southern California myself. While I don’t know of any place in the high desert off hand, I do know some who do. What is the farthest you are willing to commute for training? The school in which I train is located in Frazier Park, which is a considerable distance for you (as it is for me!), but as I touched base upon, I can ask around for places closer to your area.
