hey i used to work in palmdale. i used to flip signs there for all the new house projects there. and all i can say is that there is NOTHING you can really do there.
its practically a desert.
sweet *** houses though.
and real cheap too.
but in the middle of no where. i used to work off of avenu s and 55th street.. somthing like that.

Good Time Or Bad Time To Buy A House In Ontario California?

Got a kid coming my way so I want to prepare myself and I was wondering if its a good time to purchase a home in Ontario California. I have looked at other areas here close to Los Angeles and woof is it expensive! I have crossed out of my list: Fontana, Rialto, Bloomington, Palmdale, Lancaster. What do you guys recomend? Should I buy or rent. Is there a Real Estate “Bubble” coming?
