I live in Lancaster California and an not able to find a doctor who will agree to a vaginal birth after c section (VBAC) after i have had two previous c sections.
Both my c sections were because of the babies heart rates. Anyone know of a Doctor in Southern California ( within 2 hours of Lancaster, CA) who does VBAC after 2 c sections?

Try a midwife or a OB that works with midwifes. Try googling the surrounding zip codes or cities with Midwife, birthing center, etc. Going that route would probably give you the best chances of a natural birth.
Good luck!
If you are interested in a homebirth/waterbirth, I am a student midwife and can point you toward a couple of midwives in the area. If you want a birth center birth, Renee Sicig. is opening a birth center in Valencia (depending upon when you are due)that is opening in April I believe. Beyond that, yes, you can drive to Woodland Hills or UCLA for the potential of having a wonderful VBAC hospital birth with either a midwife or OB (I would encourage you go with a midwife as most successful VBAC’s come from the gentle and patient care that comes with most midwives). You can do it – Good Luck and happy birthing!

I have no help to offer, but would really appreciate any additional information that you found in your search. I live in Palmdale and am searching for a vbac friendly doc, too. I have had 1 previous c section because the doctor decided I had tried for long enough. I’ve only been hunting for a short period, but I’m very disappointed in my options in this area!
