I know someone who keeps her small dog in the laundry room of her house all day long because they work from 4:30am and get home @ 9:00pm at night. The dog is kept mostly in the laundry room even when the owner of the house is at home. The dog is only let out when she needs to pee or poo. The owners are out of town frequently sometimes up to 4 days and they leave the dog in the laundry room as well. There is food and water available , however the dog is very frail, skinny and refuse to eat the food being given. The dog is very uncared for , her hair is very lumpy and her facial hair is so long that you won’t be able to see the dog’s eyes. I carried the dog once and I felt the dog’s spine very prominent even with her thick hair . I’m very concern about this dog and her well being. The owners consider this dog as a guard dog eventhough she’s only a small breed dog , they don’t show any love towards this dog and I’m quite bothered by their behavior towards this dog.
